To request a consultation, please complete and sign a  Consultation Request Form  and send it to our office by facsimile or U.S. mail.  We can provide consultations in person, by telephone, or by email.  Email consultations include up to three email exchanges with the consulting attorney.

The information in the Consultation Request Form is for use in our office only, so that we can determine whether a consultation is appropriate.  We never rent or sell mailing lists or other personal information.

We charge US$250.00 for an initial consultation, during which the attorney will advise you on all the options available to you based on your situation.  This amount must be paid by cash, check, or credit card prior to or at the consultation.  McCown & Evans will credit the consultation fee to your immigration case, if you retain our firm to represent you within two weeks of the consultation appointment.
